Just looking at this, I don't know much about this specific area of the road, but maquest doesn't give the same names for the road in the area, so maybe this should be updated.  Good thing they're having an agenda meeting on Monday night.

It appears this would be Hollywood Ave and Mayflower Drive between Fairland and Continental.  Hollywood changes names at Wildwood.  Maybe they used Google maps, but weren't zoomed in far enough.  It does seem to be a rather narrow passthrough, so I could see where an issue may come up with cars parked there, especially on a sweeping turn that the pictures show.

Of course not, conflicts of interest only pertain to Republicans.  This is a fellow traveler, and one the DV has his lips firmly planted against his rear.

Mohawk Ambulance was there to make their case...including Jim M. himself...who reiterated the proposal for ems...with no tax or fuel subsidies.

The Board asked very few questions.

In the course of asking what percentage of ALS collection would be retained as fee for billing, collection
and reimbursement (8% - REMS wants 10% and never mind that they have been illegally keeping 100% for years) Godlewski tried to get them to
disclose their income...Jim McP rightfully declined...frankly it's none of his business...and it has nothing to do with their ability to service the Town.

Wayne Calder wanted to know if they would establish a base in Rotterdam...Mohawk confirmed their longstanding committment to purchase
the Town-owned building next to the PD. Then Calder wanted to know what they would do if the Town refused to sell (why would they do that
Wayne!)...Mohawk replied that they would simply establish a base elsewhere in the Town. And, if you can believe this, Liccardi asks them if
this is what Mohawk meant by the statement on the handouts dispersed that said they would be a tax paying service provider...what a brilliant
question from the very short attorney!

Matt Martin asked about response times...would back-ups meet the same response time standards? Yes...when an ambulance is dispatched to
a call, another is dispatched to the Town to cover while the first is tied up. It was also explained that other ambulances will be in the area, in addition
to the in-house ambulance.

DiLeva didn't ask any questions because she gets it and always did...she already knows the proposal inside and out. She is, by the way, the only
Board Member who responded to an invitation from Mohawk Ambulance to meet with them to discuss their proposal...which she did...which is why
she had no stupid questions for them today....unlike Bob G., Liccardi and Calder...FDG just watched it all go by.

Andy Brick was present, representing Mohawk...as was Salamone for REMS. Neither had to be invoked!

CSEA boss was there...confirmed that the current employee shuffle in progress can't happen and informed FDG of the same.

Told the Board Members I want the vacant seat on the Ethics Board!

Also told FDG to tell the midget attorney to get my FOILS to me!

Tony Jasenski showed up after it was over...missed the show. I asked him to promise in front of the reporters that he won't start a county
ambulance tax scam! LOL!

And TJ didn't look happy when he found out FDG, Calder and Godlewski were holed up in FDG's office for sometime after the meeting ended. I
knocked on FDG's door and told him hey Hitler you can't do this! Bring your illegal meeting out here or break it up mister!

Regrettably, I will be unable to attend the meeting as I have two other meetings to attend that evening.
I am sure that you will all be able to survive without my charming presence.

You think it's just and proper to have a guy on a board eligible to vote to make the taxpayers of the city pay his property and school taxes, and you see absolutely nothing unethical about that??????

Obviously you were in total agreement with Stratton sneaking in his huge raise a few years ago without telling the taxpyaers, right?

Optimists close their eyes and pretend problems are non existent.
Better to have open eyes, see the truths, acknowledge the negatives, and
speak up for the people rather than the politicos and their rich cronies.

That is as ludicrous as if I said that because you don't like Stratton that you believe the sun rises in the west.

OK, the residents are upset with the payment of $6,500 dollars to the consultant.  Yet no one approaches the Board on Eunie's salary.  As we know she is an elected officiial and only needs to work one day a year.  But no one says the Board can't reduce her salary to $1 dollar per year.  Why is there no outrage over the Board's reluctance to do this for the taxpayers?  I guess they will have to be reminded in November . . . . .
