Anyone have any experience with Apple Home Improvements? Specifically for Roof jobs?

Yes.  Apple Home Improvements replaced a roof for me on a house in the Villiage of Scotia about 6 years ago.  I had
just purchased the house.  My homeowners' insurance company came to do a photo inspection.  They then refused to
insure the home unless the roof was replaced as it was quite old and one side had heavy moss buildup.  The challenge
for me was it was in November or December when most companies wouldn't do the work.

I called and spoke w/ Lynn Munger, the President of the company.  He was very helpful.  One of his estimators came out
and provided a quote.  It was a little higher than I expected, but, again, they were the only company that would take the
job at that time of year.  The work was done well.  The new roof had a transferrable warranty which is a positive if you are
selling the property.

The cleanup of nails wasn't the best because they couldn't use the magnetic roller.  They did, however, return to the
property in the spring to pick up what was missed.

I was very pleased with the professionalism and the quality of the work.  The price was a bit on the high side (in my
opinion).  But, as the adage goes, "you get what you pay for".

Yeah we just had a guy named "Barry" come out and do an inspection and an estimate... was also talking with "Laura" the office manager... So far they all seem Very friendly and personable...  Barry took the time to show me exactly what they were planning on doing... how the new "technology" would improve things... Seemed nice... Hopefully the work is good as well
