When I got the democrap mailers last fall that said that the republicans raised taxes too much, I KNEW THE OPPOSITE WAS TRUE! THE REPUBLICANS DIDN'T RAISE TAXES ENOUGH!!!!!!!!!

SO WHAT NOW- THE REPUBLICANS ARE GUILTY OF NOT RAISING TAXES ENOUGH AND THE DEMOCRAPS ARE GUILTY OF LYING. HOW SHOULD I FEEL ABOUT ALL OF THIS?

"While Foreign Terrorists were plotting to murder and maim using homemade bombs in Boston, Democrap officials in Washington DC, Albany and here were busy watching ME and other law abiding American Citizens who are gun owners and taxpayers, in an effort to blame the nation's lack of security on US so that they could have a political scapegoat."

Great point GB!  How his tune has changed.  The guy runs for office because his taxes went up - now as Supervisor he proposes this!

This is from the Spotlight - 7/15/09

Quoted Text
Del Gallo, a Rotterdam resident for 35 years, has never held political office before.

“The bottom line is if they voters are happy with what they’ve got and who they have in office now, then there’s no reason for them to vote for me, but if they’re not happy and they want a change and they feel like I’m capable of changing the town, which I know I am, then they will vote for me and that’s that,” said Del Gallo.

He said that if he is elected, one of the first things he wants to do is figure out why taxes are so high in the town and how they can become more affordable.

“I went to protest tax rates at a hearing. There were people who could hardly walk. There were people who are older than I am and not as healthy, and they were over there protesting their taxes,” said Del Gallo.

“What are you doing to these people? They collect a Social Security and a pension that’s 30 years old that doesn’t amount to anything,” said Del Gallo.

Giving Bobby I a zoning change must be the solution to the high taxes, since that was the first thing on the aganda.

That is the way the State laws were written --- not all school budgets are voted on ... there are ways to
formulate a school district that doesn't allow for a public vote.

For all intents and purposes,  the "Charter Schools" are publicly funded schools without voters being
able to vote on the budget  --- the local school boards (elected by us) can't even tell a Charter School
what it can or can't spend.    I am 1000% against Charter Schools .. have been since day one.  They
are undemocratic ... no voter oversight ...  have had a spotty record of achievement at best  .. and have
been breeding grounds for corruption.

Personally, I think that a county the size of Schenectady should have ONE school district - ONE school
board - one school superintendent.     It doesn't make sense that Mohonasen is looking to build new
classroom space while Schalmont is contemplating closing school buildings.
Each of the 6 District Superintendents in our County is making well over $100,000 a year .. add the
cost of their office support staff and operational costs ..just of the Suoerintendent's Office ---- EACH of
those offices is spending at least $1,000,000 a year ----- reduce it to ONE office --- the $5 million in
savings could be used to cut taxes.

FDG is not and was not qualified for this position in rotterdam. FDG and crew campaigned on and promised to resolve the tax issue! NOT!

And what is even funnier, is that this present admin is blaming the past admin for using town revenues for keeping taxes unrealistically too low. HMMMMMMMMMMMM.......Isn't that the same EXACT thing that Susan Savage is doing!!

Mr. DelGallo has done more to move the town forward in 9 months than the  2 most recent GOP
administrations did in all of their time in town hall combined.

He more qualified for this position than the previous supervisor -- works harder --- cares more --- and not
one person in the Perpetual Negativity Choir is worthy of even polishing his shoes.

Could you be a little more specific on what FDG has done because most of us don't see the same thing you do. You make very general statements but never give us any details.

Ron means- Moving forward, reaching out, including the stakeholders, building a consensus, working together, thinking outside the box, using all of the tools at our disposal, informing our decision, executing a plan, being inclusive, speaking to our motivations and goals, building bridges, developing a consensus...

All of that and two bucks gets you a hamburger at Mickey D's

All stupid jerk-off generalizations you get from the flunky azz pubic sector where the sycophants and lobs can't get sh!t done for jack...they sit around and stroke each other off for twice as much compensation and a third of the results, over quadruple the amount of time. They would be eaten for lunch in 3 seconds in the private sector in a capitalist economy except for the ones who can BS better than the rest....

You really don't have a best Frank Sinatra voice. Why? Because you are very unconvincing while trying to take credit for things that you know you can't take credit for. FAS was never unconvincing.
