I just got a political stuff on my door.  Susan savage for state senate.  It lists these so called accomplishments.  One says, and this is VERBATIM:

"Lowering County property taxes three of the last five years, for the lowest County property tax rate since 1956"

HER & band of thieves thinks we are all dumb fools who will believe anything. They are the ruling elite of our county and us peasants should keep quiet.

SS Savage is in her own alternative universe. Both her and her husband are raking it in. Her campaign is in shambles as is ANG's. She created a Potemkin village on one block of State St and has decreed "It is good!". It's a disgrace, it's unsustainable and everyone responsible must be held accountable at the polls.

     Nobody believes a word she says. She will be destroyed so badly by Sen Farley that some DEM will stop the private grumbling and finally force her out. Then maybe this insanity will end.

I didn't even read it - in fact, I had to retrieve it from the kindling pile - that's farkin hillarious!

Now, the savage woman might be thinking we are all stupid.

I can't speak for all municipalities, but think of Rotterdam.  When was it that houses were last assessed previous to the recent reassessment.  Was it in the 1950's?   So, think of this.  If your house had been assessed for $3,000 in 1950, then your tax rate was perhaps $300 per thousand.  After the reassessment we'll say your house is assessed for $100,000, so your tax rate is $10 per thousand.

I know I am not using good numbers (i.e., the two examples would result in the same property tax bill), but I think you know what I mean, the relationship of numbers

Crime is OBVIOUSLY increasing daily!!! Schenectady county now is home to street gangs, panhandlers, drug dealers, murderers running loose in the county, high unemployment, antiquated infrastructure, empty homes because people are just walking away from homes they can no longer afford because of high taxes and an inadequate Department of Social Services building that is overflowing and bulging at the seams!!!

But lets give Susan Savage a hand for creating a hot dog vending business!

Working for Who? All she cares about is crushing any opposition, lying to the unquestioning press and running unopposed. The baloney about lowering the County tax rate is hilarious. When you triple assessments you can't possibly also raises the rate. Even in this County. Schenectady County leads the State in one thing-empty neighborhoods. Savage created a one dog job outside DSS.

     The new County budget relies on risky and temporary one shots. It's a campaign budget that again raises outrageous County spending. The sad realty will set in after she gets crushed.

Oh don't kid yourself here benny............she just may easily win again in schenectady county. Half of the people are dumbed down and in line at the DSS building eating hot dogs and the other half are the 'chosen few' who benefit from the schenectady county taxpayers through patronage jobs and Metroplex developments!!!

Susan Savage will most certainly lose the senate bid as Santabarbara will loose his assembly bid!

Schenectady county is so dumbed down that someone better check and see which water municipality has fluoridation in it and how much!!!!

and what has Senator Farley done for 34 years .... his party controlled the State Senate during the years
of out of control spending ... his party would NOT even talk about legislative reform until AFTER they lost
control of the State Senate  .... and Farley has sat back  DOUBLE DIPPING   (SUNYA salary and then pension
on top of his Senate salary and leadership bomuses) -- and has done NOTHING for us except show up
every 2 years for a photo-op  with a check of OUR MONEY claiming he is bring $$$ to our district

And I'm a registered blank and I get ALL of the campaign mailers. I guess they want me to know what they are doing with my tax dollars even though I'm not affiliated with any party.
