A copy of a check from none other than our illustrious Town Clerk EE was given
to the Supervisor from the Town Clerk's Office and was signed by Eunice Esposito.....hmmmmm,
I don't think so, it was signed by the newest incompetent reject Michelle Golden.

How many checks go out of that office daily or monthly?

Put someone in there with honesty and integrity!
Oh wait, she was in there and was booted for having integrity and for being honest....

Way to go EE!  Score another fraud victory for you and your office!

Does Golden have POA to sign EE's name? Does she have a POA to act in EE's behalf? Are they bringing checks to EE;s house for her to sign?

Or is this just out right fraud?

Well is there a law or rule that requires it be EE?  If not, then the OP is overblowing it.  If there is, then you have something to talk about, though how the Dept. TC plays into it is different.  

Yes, it's called FORGERY. Michelle Golden could sign Michelle Golden on the checks. She didn't. Michelle signed Eunice Esposito on the check. That is illegal.

Maybe she used a stamp.  Would that be illegal Mr Spidey?  Mr Surprise used the BAR Chairman's stamp to lower Steve's brother's assessment.  Wouldn't that be forgery too?  Oh sorry we don't talk about that because Franny can't read.  HaHaHaHa

Why not just file the proper paperwork to keep things on the up and up - is that so hard.

They use rubber stamps in businesses all the time, with permission. Does the same apply for government?
