Maybe he was there because the Republicans had their dinner at the same place at the same time? I'd hope Ron saw other Republicans there other than Salamone, if not it shows who actually supports the party.

I heard a rumor that the GOP had their dinner in a broom closet in the basement.  Next year it will
be in a booth at a fast food restaurant.

“And yet our opponents tell us not to interfere with abortion. They tell us not to impose our morality on those who wish to allow or participate in the taking of the life of infants before birth. Yet no one calls it imposing morality to prohibit the taking of life after a child is born. We’re told about a woman’s right to control her own body. But doesn’t the unborn child have a higher right, and that is to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness?” – Ronald Reagan

Who said Mr. Salamone was kissing anything ???     He was hanging around outside ... probably needed
fresh air after inhaling all the flatulence from the GOP dinner which was held in the basement broom
closet.

...you are a product of your environment, your environment is a product of your priorities, your priorities are a product of you......

The replacement of morality and conscience with law produces a deadly paradox.

Calling on Mr. Calder, while you might consider passing my house because I am registered in a different party than you, please stop by because YOU will have my vote.

Well, actually, you will have my anti-Parisi vote.

Really?  And can someone shed light on the comment that was made about a Salamone going to a Santabarbara fundraiser?

Caldor was the winner! But I must say that Salamone had an impressive showing! I'd bet that the votes were right down party lines.......the demoCONS and the reps.

It will be interesting to see how the votes went by election district  .. compare those with previous years.

The % and # of votes for Calder on the Conservative and Working Families lines looks fairly
consistent % and # of votes that previous candidates who had those lines.     The # and % on the
Independence
line  SEEMS  (to me) a bit lower than previous candidates got on those lines.

The 39 % on the Democratic line mirrors the about 39% of registered voters who are Democrat  -- butthe number on line is low -- should have been about 4500.

And Mr. Salamone's  % and # on the GOP line was impressive  (if you are a GOPer) or a bit scarey (if you are a Dem).

The question is was GOP voter turnout HIGHER than in previous years  and did Mr. Salamone get a
"lift" from the Blanks who may be "tea partiers"  ???
