In all fairness, I grew up in a town much smaller than Rotterdam (where everybody REALLY knew your business) and this kind of thing happened every now and again. More frequently than one would think. I don't view it as a threat to my existence - just an occasional nuisance. I'll take it, I suppose - could always be worse! |

Oh come on....I don't know how old you are, but these 'shenanigans' have been going on forever.
And they have been going on by whom......That's right, youth with no respect for anything other than their own stuff. 3 of my former neighbors had cameras installed because of such shenanigans. |
