Rep. Eric Massa (D-N.Y.) will not seek reelection after only one term in office.
According to several House aides – on both sides of the aisle – the House Ethics Committee has been informed of allegations that Massa, who is married with two children, sexually harassed a male staffer.
Massa, whose departure endangers Democrats’ hold on a competitive seat, told POLITICO Wednesday afternoon that no one has brought allegations of misconduct to him.
Asked about the sexual harassment allegations, Massa said: "When someone makes a decision to leave Congress, everybody says everything. I have health issues. I'll talk about it [later].”

 Not seek re-election? He should be removed in cuffs. Then start at the State Capitol. Anyone that would vote for another liberal DEM for Gov should have their head examined. Re-elect no one. |

I've already seen one Cuomo in the Gov office and I didn't like that one either. He may be a good Attorney General but that doesn't mean he'll be a good Gov. May I say remember Spitzer, how did that work out for you. |

How is Cuomo a good Attorney General? Name one public official he has gone after? The AG job is not limited to chasing every Wall Street job to NJ. One Cuomo is enough-what he did to HUD he will do to YOU. |

I agree Benny, he hasn't gone after any of the corrupt politicians eg Charlie Rangle and his ilk, but I do know I don't want another Cuomo in the Gov mansion and Andrew really did screw up HUD. |
