Weatherization funds available

TROY -- Capital Region homeowners can apply for weatherization funds available through the federal stimulus program, U.S. Rep. Paul Tonko, D-Amsterdam, announced Monday.

Families making up to 200 percent of the federal poverty level are eligible. A family of four with an income of about $45,000 should qualify for the Weather Assistance Program, according to Tonko.
