I am shocked that they even considered that option....Eminent Domain in my opinion is an "abuse of power"

It is abuse of power when they threaten to use eminent domain because the property owners will not accept there low ball offer for that land.......totally unacceptable....what is your view on this matter!!

It's also abuse of power when someone just gives a job to someone because they lost an election, or they didn't give the town a chance to voice their opinions at a regularly scheduled meeting of the town board as far as their taxes getting raised, or if the federal government thinks they're going to take taxpayers money to fund unconstitutional things that will give them more votes next time they come up for election.
