Shopping at Hannaford on Balltown Road today around 1:15 Saturday November 1, 2008, this new, 2008 BMW “Official City Business” was seen in the parking lot. I don’t know if they were performing an “inspection” or truly on “official” business, but the baby seat in the back was interesting. I also wonder why a new, 2008 BMW 3.0 is running around with “official business” tags prominently displayed on a Saturday - outside of the city, in Niskayuna. Are these the new city official vehicles? I don’t think so - it doesn’t have “official” plates on it - they look like average passenger plates.
