Stepping up for the children benefits all

It takes a village to raise a child. This is a wonderful concept.
If it takes a community to raise a child, then what responsibility does the community bear? Education, health and safety, religion.
Hillary Clinton’s “It takes a village to raise child” includes all of us as a society to care enough to provide for our children so they may thrive and grow to their full potential.
Of course, parents and home are the foundation. If the foundation is weak, the most vulnerable inhabitants will suffer first. If a child’s home is riddled with fear, how can this child perform on a daily basis when their foundation is corrupted?
Where is the village in these cases? Family court, judges, lawyers, law guardians, child protective services, counselors, mediators — the parade of dignitaries is long and convoluted. And who really cares enough in this arena? The system in this village needs some love and a conscience.
One can only hope that when an innocent child resides in a fractured environment, the immediate family members, (again, the village) would step up and protect the vulnerable, despite what backlash would evolve.
What could be more devastating than leaving a child alone to bear the devastating debris of abuse? Or stepping up to the plate and doing the honorable [thing]. In the long run, all inhabitants will benefit. The village will flourish as a whole.

To raise a child just takes two concerned parents who care about their children. Personally I wouldn't want someone else to raise my children and stuff their heads full of ridiculous ideas and their personal agendas.

Can you imagine that mind thought in the city of schenectady? We could write a new book. Perhaps it would read...
"It takes a drug dealer", or "It takes a prostitute", or "It takes a rapist", or "It takes a career welfare recipient"! The list would be endless!

Due to recent budget cuts and the rising cost of electricity, gas, and oil,
The Light at the End of the Tunnel has been turned off.
We apologize for the inconvenience.

The real title of Hillary's book shoudl have been: "It takes a massive government bureaucracy to raise a child."  You know, the Feds have to be involved, the State, the county, the municiplaity...all have to have a say in what you teach your child, what values you give them, etc...

As far as I have learned this far in my life "The Village" proliferates with 'white lies' to 'keep the sheeple moving at a young age.....I'm not against religion but, I am against religion without exercising it and just preaching it all the time.....JMHO

...you are a product of your environment, your environment is a product of your priorities, your priorities are a product of you......

The replacement of morality and conscience with law produces a deadly paradox.

STOP BEING GOOD DEMOCRATS---STOP BEING GOOD REPUBLICANS--START BEING GOOD AMERICANS
