Judging by the $1000 contribution from Zhang to del Gallo (Source: NYS Board of Elections) and the barrage of political signs outside 325 Mariaville Rd., I think it's safe to say that all will be forgiven and business as usual will carry on in the style of the wild west at the old Army Depot.
I personally don't care if that place will continue to be a rental facility. What does concern me is IF they get all permits and zonings approved, that they suddenly lower their rents and go section 8. Rotterdam does not need a Yates village or a steimetz homes. I'd have to believe and hope that even rotterdam's new administration will see it that way too. |
