so, development seems to be dead....that church you mention is just going to rot and age with the rest of the town, we need a way !!!
That is exactly why we need this BOA Study -- to do the research, talk with the folks in the JCT, and then make recommendations for a plan to bring some kind of development (along with making proposals for any necessary "corrections" in town law or other law which may be stifling safe economic development projects. |

It just seems as if this town needs an enema....any REAL developement ie:sewers/watertowers or anything of the like keeps disappearing like our
youth......we need some kind of solid foundation not some cheesy a** facades and planters...... |
